2. Returns & Replacement

2.1 Eligible for Return/Replacement

• Wrong product delivered

• Quantity mismatch

You must share unboxing video/photos for validation.

• Original payment method (Razorpay/card/UPI/net banking)

• Or store credit, if customer chooses
