International shipping is not available currently.

• Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Metro Cities: 3–5 days

• Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 4–7 days

• Remote/Rural areas: 6–10 days

Delivery time may vary depending on courier partners or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched:

• A tracking number will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp

• You can track your order using the courier partner’s website

6. Delivery Issues

If the address provided is incorrect:

• Courier may return the package

• Reshipping charges will apply

Failed delivery due to customer unavailability may result in:

• Return to origin (RTO)

• Additional delivery cost for re-shipping

7. Damaged / Missing Items on Delivery

Report within 48 hours with:

• Unboxing video

• Photos of damage
